Who are Bystaners\assistants?

Bullying is possible not only because of bullies but also because of Bystanders. Bystanders are people that witness the bullying act and don't do anything to stop it ( in most cases). There are three types of bystanders:

Supporters- they support the bullying but 
do not take an active part 

Defenders - they dislike the bullying and try to help the victim
Careless bystander- a bystander that witnesses the bullying scene but doesn't take any sides and just thinks about his problems.
It is a fact that in 85 percent of bullying incidents bystanders support the bully or don't do anything to stop it! So please help stop bullying
